Question 1

Do we need existing AI tools in place already?

Accepted Answer

No. Working relationships start with strategy and planning to identify what's worth automating, then move into implementation.

Question 2

Will this integrate with what we already use?

Accepted Answer

Complete implementation with integrations is included on the Accelerate package for teams that need automation connected to existing systems.

Question 3

How do we know it's working?

Accepted Answer

Monthly automated performance reports are included on every package, with a live dashboard on the Accelerate package.

Question 4

What level of support is included?

Accepted Answer

Support ranges from standard documentation on the entry package to a dedicated account manager and white glove support on the Accelerate package.

Question 5

What if our needs are more advanced than a basic setup?

Accepted Answer

The Scale package adds thorough strategy development, full implementation and integration, and a quarterly strategic review.

Question 6

What happens during the Strategy and planning phase?

Accepted Answer

We identify which workflows are worth automating and how, before any feature gets built.

Question 7

What happens during Implementation?

Accepted Answer

Core features are built and, on larger projects, integrated with your existing systems and dashboards.

Question 8

What happens during Optimization and reporting?

Accepted Answer

We test and optimize what's been built, with automated performance reporting so you can see it's working.

Question 9

What is included in the Grow package?

Accepted Answer

Essential AI workflow and automation setup, initial strategy and planning, implementation of core features, basic optimization and testing, standard documentation, and monthly automated performance reports, for $2,080.

Question 10

What does the Scale package add over Grow?

Accepted Answer

Scale adds thorough strategy development, full implementation and integration, performance optimization, detailed reporting and analytics, priority support, and a quarterly strategic review, for $3,200.

Question 11

What does the Accelerate package add over Scale?

Accepted Answer

Accelerate adds a custom strategy and roadmap, complete implementation with integrations, advanced optimization, a dedicated account manager, and white glove support.

Question 12

Why does every project start with strategy instead of a tool?

Accepted Answer

Dropping an automation tool into a workflow without a plan behind it rarely holds up. Mapping which workflows are actually worth automating first means the automation gets adopted instead of abandoned.

Question 13

How do we know the automation is actually working, not just installed?

Accepted Answer

Automated performance reports are included on every package, and the Accelerate package adds a live dashboard, so you can see measured usage rather than take it on faith.

Question 14

Do you build custom features or use off the shelf tools?

Accepted Answer

Core features are built for your specific workflows. On larger projects those features are integrated with your existing systems and dashboards rather than left standalone.

Question 15

What kind of workflows are typically worth automating?

Accepted Answer

Repetitive workflows that eat up hours every week with no automation behind them are the most common starting point, identified during the strategy and planning phase.
