Question 1

What's the first step in building a custom agent?

Accepted Answer

A workflow discovery session that maps the exact steps, decision points, data sources, and system interactions the agent needs to handle.

Question 2

How is this different from simple automation tools?

Accepted Answer

Custom agents reason through tasks, make decisions, and interact with your business systems to complete workflows end to end, rather than executing a predefined script.

Question 3

Does the agent get tested before it goes live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It runs through a controlled testing period against verifiable workflow conditions before full deployment.

Question 4

What happens after the agent launches?

Accepted Answer

We monitor agent performance, review exception logs, and improve its capabilities as the workflows it handles evolve.

Question 5

What happens during Workflow discovery?

Accepted Answer

We map the exact steps, decision points, data sources, and system interactions the agent must handle before any development begins.

Question 6

What happens during Agent architecture and build?

Accepted Answer

We design the reasoning model, tool integrations, memory configuration, and exception handling protocols required to execute the workflow reliably, then build and integrate the agent.

Question 7

What if the agent fails during controlled testing?

Accepted Answer

If an agent doesn't hold up against verifiable workflow conditions during controlled testing, it doesn't go live. We keep working the reasoning model and exception handling until it does.

Question 8

Can the agent handle workflows that span hours or days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The agent maintains a persistent memory of workflow state so complex processes complete reliably even when they span hours or days.

Question 9

What systems can the agent actually connect to?

Accepted Answer

The agent connects to your CRM, ERP, databases, APIs, communication platforms, and document systems, passing data and triggering actions in the right tool at the right time.

Question 10

Does the agent require human intervention at every step?

Accepted Answer

No. Your agent reads inputs from multiple systems, reasons about the appropriate action, and completes multi step workflows without requiring human intervention at every step.

Question 11

What kinds of workflows are a good fit for a custom agent?

Accepted Answer

Multi step workflows that require decision making and coordination across systems, like customer onboarding or supply chain coordination, where simple rule based automation does not fit.

Question 12

Can the agent monitor our data and alert us to problems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rather than running on a fixed schedule, the agent can monitor your data environment and alert you when something is wrong.

Question 13

We don't have the internal expertise to design agent architecture ourselves. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

No. Designing an agent architecture that reasons across your CRM, ERP, databases, and internal tools is part of the workflow discovery and architecture phases, not something you need in house first.

Question 14

Why do off the shelf automation tools fall short here?

Accepted Answer

Off the shelf automation tools stop where judgment starts, and that is exactly where a custom agent needs to begin, since they cannot make decisions across systems the way a reasoning agent can.

Question 15

How is pricing determined for a custom agent?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set through a scope conversation after the workflow discovery session, since every agent depends on the complexity of the workflow, systems involved, and reasoning required.
