Question 1

How long until this is live?

Accepted Answer

Setup starts with measurement and performance budgets, which we complete within one week. From there the rest of the project follows the process laid out above.

Question 2

Do Core Web Vitals really affect search rankings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Google factors these user experience metrics into search ranking, and sites failing the benchmarks face reduced organic visibility.

Question 3

How do you measure our current scores?

Accepted Answer

We combine lab testing with field data from the Chrome User Experience Report to reflect verifiable visitor experience.

Question 4

What prevents scores from slipping back after the project?

Accepted Answer

Performance budgets and regular audits catch regressions as new features and content get added to the site.

Question 5

Which industries make up most of your client base?

Accepted Answer

Most of our core web vitals optimization services clients come from healthcare and dental practices, real estate brokerages, legal and accounting practices, and manufacturers and distributors. The work adapts to your industry's defined compliance, terminology, and customer behavior rather than running a generic playbook.

Question 6

What happens during the Field data audit?

Accepted Answer

We measure your current Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, and layout stability using verifiable user data from the Chrome User Experience Report alongside lab testing, within 7 business days.

Question 7

What happens during Targeted technical fixes?

Accepted Answer

We optimize critical rendering paths and lazy load below fold content to improve paint timing, break up long JavaScript tasks to improve input responsiveness, and reserve space for images and dynamic content to eliminate layout shifts.

Question 8

What happens during Measurement and performance budgets?

Accepted Answer

We track improvements over time with detailed reporting and set performance budgets that prevent regressions as new features launch, backed by weekly updates during the one week setup.

Question 9

What does the Grow package include?

Accepted Answer

A Core Web Vitals audit combining lab testing and field data, critical rendering path optimization for Largest Contentful Paint, layout shift fixes for images and dynamic content, and a weekly progress report during the one week setup, at $180 per month.

Question 10

What does the Scale package add over Grow?

Accepted Answer

Scale adds JavaScript task breakdown to improve input responsiveness, a font loading strategy to prevent text reflow, and detailed reporting on metric improvements over time, at $640 per month.

Question 11

What does the Accelerate package add over Scale?

Accepted Answer

Accelerate adds performance budgets to prevent regressions on new feature launches, ongoing audits as site content and functionality evolve, and a dedicated specialist available throughout the project, at a custom price.

Question 12

How do you define a slow page?

Accepted Answer

As anything that delays Largest Contentful Paint or shifts layout under a visitor's thumb, not just anything that scores poorly in a lab test, because the field data from the Chrome User Experience Report is what Google and your visitors both actually experience.

Question 13

Can layout shifts actually cause misclicks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reserved space for images, ads, and dynamic content, plus controlled font loading, stops the jarring shifts that cause visitors to misclick links that moved under them.

Question 14

Do you rely only on lab scores, or verifiable visitor data too?

Accepted Answer

Both. Field data from the Chrome User Experience Report supplements lab testing, so reported improvements reflect verifiable visitor experience, not just synthetic scores.

Question 15

Why does input responsiveness matter beyond page speed?

Accepted Answer

Reduced JavaScript execution time means clicks and taps get acknowledged instead of feeling stuck, which affects how usable the page feels even after it has visually loaded.
