Question 1

What's the setup timeline?

Accepted Answer

3 to 4 business days for the automate notifications and filing phase, which is where document workflow automation services actually kicks off. Nothing sits idle waiting on us.

Question 2

What industries do you typically work with on this?

Accepted Answer

We commonly work with legal, real estate, construction, financial services, and consulting businesses, where document turnaround and compliance both matter.

Question 3

Are electronic signatures legally binding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Electronic signatures capture legally binding approvals remotely as part of the automated workflow.

Question 4

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is tiered rather than quoted from scratch, Grow starts things at $2,140 for one document type, and Scale and Accelerate move to custom pricing once workflow automation spans multiple document types or departments.

Question 5

What happens to documents once they are complete?

Accepted Answer

Completed documents file automatically into organized repositories, preventing document sprawl across multiple storage locations.

Question 6

Which e-signature platform do you use?

Accepted Answer

We configure the platform that fits your existing tools rather than forcing a single vendor, since most legal and real estate teams already have a preferred e-signature tool their clients recognize.

Question 7

Can this integrate with our existing CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contract generation pulls customer and project data directly from your CRM, so a proposal or statement of work is populated automatically rather than assembled by hand each time.

Question 8

What happens if a document needs to be revised mid-approval?

Accepted Answer

Version control tracks the revision and restarts the relevant approval step, so the audit trail shows exactly which version was actually signed, not just that a document eventually got approved.

Question 9

Do approvers need to install any software?

Accepted Answer

No. Approvers review and sign through a browser link, so the workflow does not require your clients or internal approvers to install anything on their end.

Question 10

How do you handle documents with multiple signers?

Accepted Answer

Routing sequences signers in the order you specify, so a contract requiring internal approval before client signature follows that exact order automatically instead of being emailed around out of sequence.

Question 11

What if we need documents to comply with industry-specific regulations?

Accepted Answer

Compliance requirements get built into the handling procedure itself, not left as a manual checklist, so regulated industries like legal and financial services get the audit trail their compliance teams actually need.

Question 12

Can we still access old documents after they are automatically filed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Automatic filing organizes completed documents into repositories by project or client, so retrieval is faster than the previous system, not something that traps documents out of reach.

Question 13

Do you migrate our existing document templates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing proposal, contract, and statement of work templates get rebuilt with merge fields during setup, so you are not starting your document library over from scratch.

Question 14

What happens if someone in the approval chain is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Deadline tracking flags a stalled approval so it gets escalated rather than sitting untouched, which is the exact problem this replaces from the manual, email-based process.

Question 15

Will our team need training to use this?

Accepted Answer

Minimal. Approvers interact through a simple review-and-sign interface, and the people managing templates and routing get walked through setup directly during onboarding.
