Question 1

How long does the setup phase take?

Accepted Answer

Setup starts with configuring your platform, which we complete within 3 to 5 business days. From there the rest of the engagement follows the process laid out above.

Question 2

Which industries make up most of your client base?

Accepted Answer

Most of our email marketing automation clients come from professional services firms buried in manual workflows, healthcare operations teams, e-commerce and retail operators, and financial services and insurance firms. The work adapts to your industry's compliance requirements, terminology, and customer behavior rather than running a generic playbook.

Question 3

What determines pricing for this?

Accepted Answer

Grow starts at $2,140 for 2 campaigns per month, Scale is custom priced once you need 4 campaigns per month with advanced segmentation, and Accelerate is custom priced for 8 or more campaigns with a dedicated specialist and lead scoring integration.

Question 4

Will I have ongoing support after setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A dedicated specialist remains available throughout the engagement, with weekly progress reports and proactive recommendations for continued growth.

Question 5

What platforms do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We configure automation on platforms like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and HubSpot, connecting behavioral triggers to your existing customer data.

Question 6

What's the difference between the Grow and Scale tiers?

Accepted Answer

Grow covers 2 campaigns per month with template design and basic segmentation for up to 3 segments. Scale moves to 4 campaigns per month with custom responsive design, segmentation for up to 10 segments, and automation workflows for welcome and re-engagement sequences.

Question 7

Do you build abandoned cart and re-engagement flows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abandoned cart flows and re-engagement campaigns are part of the trigger-based workflows we build in the second phase, firing automatically based on subscriber behavior rather than running as one-off blasts.

Question 8

How is personalization handled?

Accepted Answer

Dynamic content blocks and behavioral segmentation mean different segments see relevant offers within the same campaign, based on purchase history and browsing behavior, not a single generic message sent to your full list.

Question 9

What is lead scoring and how does it help sales?

Accepted Answer

Lead scoring adjusts based on email engagement, helping your team prioritize outreach to the warmest leads instead of guessing which subscribers are ready to talk to sales.

Question 10

How do you measure results?

Accepted Answer

Weekly progress reports and a real time dashboard track campaign performance, with automated reporting cadence (monthly on Grow, bi-weekly on Scale) scaling with your tier.

Question 11

Do you connect this to our existing customer data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Behavioral triggers are configured against your existing customer data in your chosen platform, so automations respond to verifiable subscriber actions rather than generic timers.

Question 12

Is there a minimum list size to get started?

Accepted Answer

No. The automation architecture, welcome sequences, abandoned cart flows, and re-engagement campaigns, applies whether your list is just getting started or already sizable.

Question 13

Do you handle send time optimization?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send time optimization is layered in during the personalize and optimize phase, alongside dynamic content and behavior-based lead scoring.

Question 14

How is payment structured?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding takes 3 to 5 business days, with an initial strategy deposit and the balance distributed across implementation phases as your automated sequences go live.

Question 15

Is there a contract or can we cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Grow is billed monthly at a flat rate. Scale and Accelerate are custom scoped and quoted based on campaign volume and complexity before work begins.
