Can our site and booking system actually handle the volume that hits every tax season?

That is exactly what we build for. We test and scale the site, forms, and scheduling before the season starts, because a system that works fine in October and fails in February has already cost the firm measured revenue.

How do we compete against DIY software and national chains on price?

Largely by making the value of experience visible rather than competing on price alone, through clear content on what a self employed, small business, or complex return actually requires that software cannot handle.

What should we be doing outside of tax season?

Building the next season's pipeline and deepening existing client relationships through planning, bookkeeping, or advisory content and outreach, so the firm is not starting its marketing from zero every January.

Tax Preparation

We build marketing that scales tax preparation firms through every season.

Our team delivers one team, every stage of growth. Our experience shows taxpayers trust their return to a preparer who proves accuracy up front.
