We produce a phased roadmap with clear milestones and ownership. If you want us to lead implementation, we scope that separately. If you have an internal team, we provide the architecture and oversight.

Do you also implement the strategy you recommend?
We can. Consulting and implementation are separate engagements so you are not required to use us to build. Many clients use the roadmap with their internal team or a different implementation partner.
How long does a strategy engagement take?
