Question 1

What determines pricing for this?

Accepted Answer

All three packages -- Grow, Scale, and Accelerate -- are priced at $220 per batch, with the difference being scope of what is included, not a price tier.

Question 2

How fast will we get our images back?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Rush service is available in 4 to 8 hours if needed.

Question 3

Are revisions included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one round of revisions is included in the base price, with additional rounds available if needed.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order or a monthly contract?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no minimums and no monthly contracts. You pay per image as you need improvements.

Question 5

What kinds of products do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work across ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, handmade products, fashion, electronics, home goods, and beauty products.

Question 6

Do you work with our specific platform (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We format and size images to each platform's specific requirements, and knowing your target platform upfront is the first thing we ask before any editing starts.

Question 7

Can you match our existing brand style across new product photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Batch processing is built to keep new images visually consistent with your existing catalog, not introduce a different look partway through.

Question 8

What file formats do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Images are delivered in the format your platform requires, with multiple format and size exports available on Accelerate for businesses listing across more than one platform.

Question 9

What happens if we are not happy with the first result?

Accepted Answer

One round of revisions is included in the base price on every tier, not sold as an add-on, since we do not expect every image to come back perfect on the first pass.

Question 10

Do you remove backgrounds completely or just clean them up?

Accepted Answer

Both options are available. Backgrounds can be fully removed and replaced, or cleaned up and corrected depending on what your platform and brand style call for.

Question 11

Can you handle a full catalog, not just a few product photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Batch processing and volume discount pricing are built specifically for standardizing an entire catalog, not just one-off image touch-ups.

Question 12

How do we submit our images?

Accepted Answer

Images are submitted through a secure upload portal along with your requirements and target platform, so nothing gets lost in email attachments or file-sharing links.

Question 13

Do you offer rush turnaround if we are on a deadline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rush delivery in 4 to 8 hours is available on top of the standard 24 to 48 hour turnaround for time-sensitive launches.

Question 14

What kind of image corrections are included beyond background removal?

Accepted Answer

Color and white balance correction, shadow and reflection creation, perspective and distortion correction, and detail retouching are included depending on tier.

Question 15

Is there a discount for ordering images in bulk?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically to larger batches, so a full catalog refresh costs less per image than a handful of one-off edits.
