Which processes should we automate first?

The workflows causing the most frustration, usually ones that take too long, involve too many people, or produce inconsistent results, tend to be the highest value automation candidates.

What tools do you use?

It depends on complexity. Simple workflows often use platforms like Zapier or Make to connect cloud applications, while more complex processes may require custom development with proper APIs and databases.

How do you price this?

Workflow Automation Services runs in three tiers, Grow at $1, 990, Scale at $3, 990, and Accelerate at a custom quote scoped to your needs. What separates them is scope, not a discount, Scale adds automation across several connected business processes, and Accelerate adds optional monthly strategy calls (additional fee).

Will we be able to maintain the automation ourselves?

Yes, if that is your preference. Some clients want a turnkey solution we maintain, others want training to build and modify automations themselves.

What support do we get after launch?

You get an actual time dashboard for tracking progress, weekly reports, and direct access to your specialist for questions and adjustments.
